Duration: 60 minutes
Format: Group Assignment & Case Analysis
This stage evaluates your practical skills and ability to work in a team environment. You will work on:
Evaluation: Technical skills + Presentation + Team dynamics
Duration: 45-60 minutes
Format: In-depth Personal Interview
The final stage is a one-on-one interaction with senior Deloitte consultants. This includes:
Decision Criteria: Holistic evaluation across all dimensions
Review quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and current business case studies. Focus on understanding business concepts and problem-solving approaches.
Stay updated with current trends in consulting, digital transformation, business analytics, and emerging technologies. Read industry reports and news.
Solve practice business cases and work on data interpretation problems. Time yourself and focus on structuring your approach logically.
Practice articulating your thoughts clearly. Prepare to discuss your projects, achievements, and career aspirations in a structured manner.
Conduct mock interviews and practice case studies. Record yourself to identify areas for improvement in communication and presentation.
Research Deloitte deeply - understand their services, values, recent projects, and company culture. This will help you answer "why Deloitte?" effectively.
A: Only 1 candidate from our college will be selected for the 24-hour internship program based on performance across all three stages.
A: Written exam (90 min) → Practical assessment (60 min) → Viva interview (45-60 min). All stages are conducted over a period of 1-2 weeks.
A: Details regarding marking scheme will be provided during the registration process. It's advisable to attempt questions carefully.
A: The selected candidate will undergo the 24-hour internship program with all necessary support, mentoring, and resources provided by Deloitte.
A: Only in case of documented emergencies. Requests must be submitted to the college office with proper justification within 48 hours.
A: Valid college ID, pen/pencil, and admission letter. Electronic devices (except calculators where allowed) are strictly prohibited.
